UNION CAFE

The Union Cafe is an equitable experience to share with students, staff and visitors. As the redesign of the Cafe in OCADU (Ontario College of Art and Design University) located on the second floor, it aims to create an inclusive environment for everyone. The seven Universal Design principles have been applied to the spaces, layouts, equipments, furniture, etc. Additionally, The Ontario Building Code, The BrockFads and the AODA were also extensively considered. This environment provides individuals of various abilities with the tools and spaces that are needed to support them.
